Who it’s for

Homes & townhouses

Perimeter and internal protection the whole household can operate, including a duress option and pet-friendly sensor settings.

Business & industrial

Multi-zone systems so you can arm the warehouse while the office is still occupied, with user codes per staff member and an event log.

Strata & apartments

Protection for plant rooms, storage cages, offices and common areas, administered centrally by the building manager.

How much does an alarm system cost in Sydney?

The price depends on how many zones the property needs, the mix of door, window and motion sensors, whether it’s wired or wireless, and whether you add back-to-base monitoring.

A small apartment needs far less than a two-storey home with a garage and side access. We assess the property free of charge and give you a fixed written quote — no call-out fee, no obligation to proceed.

Frequently asked questions

What causes false alarms, and how do you prevent them?
Most false alarms come from sensor placement, not faulty equipment — a motion sensor facing a heater, or one set too low for a pet. We position and calibrate each sensor for the room it’s in.
What is back-to-base monitoring and do I need it?
It connects your alarm to a monitoring centre 24/7, so when it triggers someone responds — instead of relying on a neighbour to notice. It’s optional, and worth it if the property is often empty.
Will the alarm work if the power goes out?
Yes. Alarm systems run on a backup battery during outages. We test the battery at installation and recommend replacement intervals.
Are wireless alarms as reliable as wired?
Modern wireless systems are very reliable and far less invasive to install in an existing building. Wired is still preferred for new builds and larger sites. We’ll recommend based on your property, not on what’s easier for us.
Can you repair or upgrade my existing alarm?
Yes — we service and upgrade existing systems across all major brands, even if we didn’t install them originally.
