Access Control Systems

Keys get lost, copied and never returned. Access control lets you decide who enters which area and when — and remove someone’s access in seconds, without changing a single lock. We install and configure systems for offices, warehouses, strata buildings and shared entries across Sydney, with a free on-site assessment and a fixed price in writing.

What’s included

  • Assessment of every entry point and the access levels you need
  • Readers, keypads, fobs or cards matched to the site and headcount
  • User groups and time-based permissions configured
  • Integration with existing CCTV and alarm systems where possible
  • Admin training so your team can add and remove users without calling us
  • Event logging so you can see who entered and when
  • Warranty on workmanship and manufacturer warranty on equipment

Who it’s for

Offices & commercial

Restrict server rooms, records and management areas, and set access hours per role instead of handing out master keys.

Warehouses & industrial

Separate staff, contractor and delivery access, with a record of every entry for compliance and incident review.

Strata & apartments

Fobs for residents, temporary access for trades, and instant deactivation when a fob is lost — no re-keying the whole building.

How much does access control cost?

Cost is driven by how many doors you’re controlling, the type of reader (keypad, fob, card or mobile), whether the doors already have compatible hardware, and how many users the system has to manage.

A single controlled door in a small office is a very different job to a strata building with six entries and 200 residents. We assess the site free of charge and quote a fixed price in writing before anything starts.

Frequently asked questions

What happens when an employee leaves?
You deactivate their fob or code in seconds from the admin panel. No lock changes, no collecting keys, no risk of a copy still being out there.
Can I see who entered and when?
Yes. The system logs every entry by user and time, which is useful for compliance, incident review and resolving disputes.
Does it still work in a power outage?
Yes. Systems run on backup power, and doors are configured to fail safe or fail secure depending on fire regulations and how the space is used. We set this correctly at installation.
Can access control connect to my existing cameras?
In most cases yes — so a door event can be matched to footage from the same moment. We check compatibility during the assessment.
Can we set different access hours for different people?
Yes. Cleaners after hours, contractors on specific days, staff during business hours — permissions are set per user group.
